Wow! This was the first Syrian restaurant I’ve been to in UAE and it was incredible. We were amazed by the quality of the food, the portion size, the menu range, the service and the atmosphere. We ordered hommus, tabbouleh, lahmacun and Syrian shawarma, and the steak. The hommus was rich in the taste of tahini which I loved and was the perfect consistency. The tabbouleh was well presented and I could taste the fusion of vegetables combined with the tangy addition of lemon. The lahmacun was of medium size and it contained pomegranate molasses giving it a slightly sweet flavour. It was different to what I was used to but by no means did I dislike it. The Syrian shawarma was stunning. The meat was of a high quality and had a rich texture. Every bite was mouthwatering in the intensity of flavour. The steak was the only thing that needed improvement. It was dry and rather thin and didn’t meet my expectations. I expected a thicker cut that was medium rare. The service was lovely. The staff would constantly attend to us to see if there was anything we needed which I appreciated. They offered us complimentary water and tea after we finished our meal. I must say that the portion sizes were quite large so we were more than satisfied. There was a lot to choose from so we were a bit lost at first. It was very affordable too at around 190 AED for our family of 6. The restaurant was very large with a lot of seating options available. Overall, a must-visit when you come to Sharjah.

Its's been awhile since we ate here. This is Aroos damascus restaurant sharjah branch. We have ordered Kebab & charcoal chicken (full) Bread is acceptable it just get cold easily. Chicken is good and tasty Kebab us flavorful. Service is outstanding, they always serve hot bread and full salad to share. Its good to be back. Its bit pricey but good once in a while.

Absolutely AMAZING! The food and service was phenomenal! Our first time in Dubai,(by accident on way to Pakistan for a Wedding via India) and we met Aanwar the Manager . Thankfully our Hotel at Four Points Sheraton recomended we go here! Highiy recommend!

I have been there many times. This place feels nice and the staff are welcoming. Food prepared is fresh. Their garlic sauce is an absolute delight. Loved everything from the lentil soup, salads, falafel, chicken. Don’t miss this restaurant, if you are around.

Had a great lunch at Aroos Damascus. We tried the mixed platter and a few other dishes—everything was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. Authentic Syrian taste, generous portions, and friendly service. Definitely a place worth visiting again. Good service by Mr Anwar and Mr Manar

As an Asian, I’ve always loved Arabic food and culture, and I enjoy trying out different places. Today, this restaurant truly made my day! The food was amazing in fact, the portion was too much for me as a single person. The prices may feel slightly on the higher side, but when you consider the ambience, the excellent service, and the quality of food you receive, it’s absolutely worth it. Bang on! They also have branches in Dubai, so do give it a try if you’re nearby. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
